Wearing the uniform correctly is an important part of the Cub Scout program. Unless your den leader says otherwise, Scouts should wear their Class-A Cub Scout uniform to all Scouting activities---not only den and Pack meetings, but every activity in which they take part with other Cub Scouts. Scouts may only receive awards at pack meetings if they are in Class-A uniform.
Class-A uniform consists of blue shirt (tan for Webelos), neckerchief, tie slide, hat, and belt. Also insignia must be placed in the correct location on the shirt. The pictures below explain where to place insignia. Check the Join Cub Scouts! page for more info on purchasing the uniform.
Class-B uniform is the Pack 531 t-shirt. Den Leaders may request for scouts to wear this shirt instead of the class-A uniform.
